From the committee

We would like to say a huge thank you once again for your continuing support for our show and we hope to see you again next year!

Location and date of event

As before, it will be at Ferry Meadows, Nene Park (Nottcutts entrance), Oundle Road, Peterborough on Sunday 7th August. The day will run with the usual attraction of the ever fantastic autojumble, raffle, trophies etc....

Camping

Camping will be available for Saturday night ONLY (£5 per pitch) on the rally field with no limit on numbers but ALL camping MUST be pre booked and included with the entry form. AND PLEASE NOTE, CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ONTO THE RALLY FIELD BEFORE 4PM OR AFTER 8PM!

Campers need to arrive between 4pm and 8pm (Saturday 6th)

PLEASE NOTE: The onsite barrier is 2.1m (6ft 10") and closes at (approx.) 6pm. High vehicles are urged to arrive before 6pm!

We also INSIST that ALL campers carry a fire extinguisher and only off ground BBQ's are to be used (this is due to our risk assessment)

Unfortunately the hog roast will not be there this year on the saturday night, though we have arranged for some onsite catering to be available.

Prices

Prebooked vehicles are charged 5 GBP (non prebooked vehicles are subject to Nene Park entry fee PLUS BMCBL entry fee (a further £4))

Every vehicle needs a pass - please bear in mind if you are bringing a car on a trailer OR a support vehicle to tow a caravan etc.

There are no general car parking facilities/areas on the rally field, so you need to either exhibit or park in Nene Park Visitors car park.

Brass Plaques will be available for £2.80

Although some *may* be available on the day we urge interested parties to prepurchase a plaque.

Please do not be abusive towards stewards (they are only doing their job) or others.

We reserve the right to ask you and your exhibit to leave the park in such cases.

The organisers ( and Nene Park Trust) accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to vehicles, individuals or personal belongings, it is the responsibilty of the individual to ensure adequate insurance is in place.
